We are Lisa and Chris, a husband-and-wife team deeply committed to equipping men and women with the tools and support they need for trauma and addiction recovery. Together, we bring a blend of personal experience, professional expertise, and a shared faith in the transformative power of God.

• Lisa: A certified life coach, author, and speaker with a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and build emotional resilience.

• Chris: A seasoned theologian with a Master’s in Theology and years of experience mentoring pastors, teaching, and guiding others in their spiritual journeys.
